#MYFOODHERO is back for 2017 to support the wonderful work done by Community Food Centres Canada, and I am proud to support the campaign again this year.
One of the most important things I think we can do at this time of year is to give those who are in need. I am a big believer in the work that Community Food Centres Canada does across Canada to provide good food for all. They have a particularly great campaign happening through the holidays to raise awareness and funds, and I am honoured to have been asked to share the story of #myfoodhero with them. I chose my husband Toby as my personal food hero, for a number of reasons. Whether it's spoiling me with chocolate soufflé, congee, oxtail stew or cooking for our son, he shows he cares for us through food all the time. Our whole relationship really began because of food - and has grown from there. You can read all about it in the link in bio. I have made a donation, and it would be wonderful if you could also donate to CFCC to support the wonderful work they do. Let's spread the love at this time of year, and always.
